Where are Greenrock bike frames, forks and components designed and manufactured?
All our frames and forks are designed by us in UK and the titanium frames are manufactured in mainland China by our trusted partner who specialises in titanium frame fabrication. The frames and forks have been carefully tested by the manufacturers for quality assurance and by us personally.
Our accessories are chosen from a range of other manufacturers including some from mainland China such as our range of bike baggage. Clothing we have partnered with Endura in Scotland for and fully built bikes are made up with known brands from around the world.
Where are you based?
We are based in the UK and Spain and Greenrock Ltd is a UK registered company and has been since 2000.
What material are your frames made of?
Our frames and forks are made of Grade 9 Titanium (Ti 3AL-2.5V) which is a commonly used tubing material in e.g. aerospace industry.
What are your payment options?
We can accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments to us are made using the Stripe or PayPal payment systems.

How long are your delivery times?
This depends on whether we have your size in stock at the time as we try not to carry too much stock overall.
If your frame size is in stock and you would just like a frame we can have it to you in 4 to 9 working days depending where you are in the world.
If you would like a fully built bike and we have your frame size in stock we can have it to you in 10 to 14 working days depending where you are in the world.
If we do not have your frame size in stock and you just want a frame we can have one to you in 10 to 12 weeks depending where you are in the world.
If we do not have your frame size in stock and you just would like a fully built bike we can have one to you in 12 to 14 weeks depending where you are in the world.
You will receive regular updates from us about the fabrication of your frame and build of your bike on the lead up to delivery.
What kind of warranty you offer for your products?
We offer a 10 year warranty for frames and 5 years for forks.

Are bike frames designed to take Dropper Posts?
Yes they are for the bikes that are suited to them.
Do bikes come with braze ons etc to attach racks & bottle cages?
Yes all bikes are equipped with mounting points to make then as practical as possible.
How do you run your cabling?
We use internal cabling on our frames, which runs through internal tubing to make inserting cables easier and reduce rattling.
Which bottom brackets are compatible with your frames?
68 mm (for gravel frames)/73 mm BSA threaded bottom bracket.
Which seat posts are compatible with your frames?
We use a 31,6 mm diameter which fits with most posts.
Which head sets are compatible with your frames?
Most of our frames use a tapered head tube that accept inset headsets. For most our models for top you need ZS44 mm and for the bottom you need ZS56 mm.
What type of brake mounts and brake rotor sizes are compatible with your frames?
All our mountain frames use post mount type brake calibers and the minimum rotor size for our hardtail frames is 160 mm and the maximum is 203 mm.
What is included with the frame?
The titanium frame, an aluminium rear axle and a titanium seat post collar are included in the frame price.
