Shipments within the European Union
All shipments inside the EU will be taxed with U.K. VAT 20% and are delivered without additional duties.
International Shipments
If you are purchasing from outside of the EU, our local sales tax is removed from all purchases (currently 20%). All prices found on our website include sale tax, please remove this on all international shipments.
All shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and VAT) which are set by the destination country. They are based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin/manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise.
Please note: We are not responsible for your local duties or taxes, if in doubt check with your local customs office for rates. You will be liable for any import taxes and handling fees depending on import thresholds in your country. We ship products “Duties & Taxes Unpaid” (DDU), unfortunately we will not be able to predict what your particular charges may be.
Your carrier (TNT / Fed-Ex or 3rd party carrier) will contact you via email or post to inform and collect any import charges upon delivery to you.
Any customs duties, taxes (including but not limited to VAT if applicable), penalties, storage charges or other expenses we incur as a result of the actions of customs or other governmental authorities or your failure and/or the receiver’s failure to provide proper documentation and/or to obtain the required licence or permit will be charged to you or the receiver of the shipment. In the event that we decide to charge the receiver and the receiver refuses to pay the incurred charges you agree to pay them to us together with our fee for the administration involved as well as any extra costs we will incur. Upon our first request you will provide a proper guarantee for any of the duties, taxes, penalties, storage charges or any other expenses set out in this condition.
All orders are shipped in tough, reusable, cardboard boxes, and are fully insured against damage in transit.
A tracking number will be supplied when the item leaves the workshop. Smaller items are sent with Royal Mail, and all large or heavy items are sent using TNT / DHL.
Delivery times quoted are for business days and do not include bank holidays and weekends.
